Mr. Kohan has over 3 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investing. He started his career as a Financial Analyst in Merrill Lynch’s investment banking group, followed by a stint as a Summer Associate at Colony Capital. Mr. Kohan graduated from UCLA, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Business-Economics, and received his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he was a Venture Fellow.

John Schaufele

Mr. Schaufele has over 3 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Parallel Investment Partners, Mr. Schaufele was employed at JPMorgan in New York, where he spent two years in the Mergers & Acquisitions group and one year in the Oil & Gas group. Mr. Schaufele graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington & Lee University, where he received his BS in Business and Accounting.

Mr. Shaikh joined Parallel Investment Partners in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shaikh was in the Investment Banking Division at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York, where he was a member of the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Shaikh earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Snyder has over 5 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Parallel Investment Partners, he worked as an Associate at Garmark Partners, where he focused on sourcing and executing both structured equity and subordinate debt. Before joining Garmark, Mr. Snyder worked as a Financial Analyst in Deutsche Bank’s investment banking division. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Snyder worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
