F. Barron Fletcher III

Mr. Fletcher has over 16 years of experience in private equity investing and investment banking. He manages the day-to-day operations and investment activities of the firm. He currently serves as a member of the boards of Home Organizers, Kennedy-Western University, Environmental Lighting Concepts, Teavana, JetStar Energy Services, and Quartermaster. Prior to founding Parallel, Mr. Fletcher was a partner with Saunders Karp & Megrue.
Prior to joining SKM in 1992, Mr. Fletcher was with Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he served in both the Merchant Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions departments. Before Wasserstein Perella, Mr. Fletcher was an analyst with Trammell Crow Ventures, specializing in real estate acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Fletcher is a graduate of Yale University, where he received a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.
Clark R. Crosnoe

Mr. Crosnoe has more than 11 years of experience in private investments and investment banking. He actively participates in all elements of the firm's marketing and investment activities, with a primary focus on evaluating and managing private equity investments. Mr. Crosnoe has been with Parallel since its inception and was instrumental in the establishment of operations and all initial transaction activity. He currently serves as a member of the boards of Benetech, Kennedy-Western University, CESC, Teavana, Jetstar Energy Services, Action Sports, and Weisman Discount Home Centers.
Prior to Parallel, Mr. Crosnoe managed publicly-traded equity securities and derivatives for HBK Investments, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund based in Dallas, Texas. Before HBK, Mr. Crosnoe was with Wasserstein Perella & Co., of New York, NY, where he served in the mergers and acquisitions group, with a particular emphasis on telecom and media transactions.
Mr. Crosnoe graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Texas in 1991, with degrees in Plan II Honors and Finance. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1996.
Ellery W. Roberts

Mr. Roberts has more than 11 years of experience evaluating and executing private equity transactions, as both a principal and agent. While involved in all elements of fund management, his primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, screening, structuring, execution, investment management and investor relations.
Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Roberts was a Vice President with Lazard Freres & Co. While at Lazard, he executed private equity investments in real estate related operating companies for LF Strategic Realty Investors II, L.P., a $1.5 billion private equity fund. During his tenure, he specifically focused on opportunities in the homebuilding, health care, retail, industrial and lodging sectors. Mr. Roberts' private equity transaction experience ranges from direct investments in the securities of publicly traded REITs and REOCs to leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, and limited partnership "roll-ups" of privately held companies. Prior to joining Lazard in 1997, Mr. Roberts was with Colony Capital, Inc., where he analyzed and executed transactions for Colony Investors II, L.P., a $625 million private equity fund. Before Colony, Mr. Roberts was with the Corporate Finance Division of Smith Barney, Inc. where he participated in a wide variety of investment banking activities.
Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received a B.A. in English. Mr. Roberts is a Parallel representative on the boards of Environmental Lighting Concepts, Inc., Builders Trade Source Corporation, Senex Financial Corporation, Action Sports and Weisman Discount Home Centers.
Jared L. Johnson

Mr. Johnson has 10 years of experience as a private equity investor and investment banker focused on middle market growth companies. His primary responsibilities at Parallel Investment Partners include sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing private equity investments. Mr. Johnson is also responsible for Parallel's proprietary origination efforts, and leads the firm's investment efforts in direct marketing, restaurants and healthcare among other categories. Mr. Johnson joined Parallel as a Principal in 2003.
Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Johnson was a Vice President with Summit Partners, a $9 billion private equity fund with offices in Boston and Palo Alto. His investment origination, execution and management efforts supported a highly successful investment strategy focused exclusively on middle market growth companies. Mr. Johnson's track record at Summit includes three successful new investments and four successful portfolio exits.
Prior to joining Summit in 1998, Mr. Johnson was with Robertson Stephens, where he executed over $300 million of public and private equity financings on behalf of leading growth companies. Prior to his tenure with Robertson Stephens, Mr. Johnson was with Kirkland Messina, a boutique investment bank focused on providing high-yield financing to middle market companies.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received an A.B. in American Studies. Mr. Johnson is a Parallel Investment Partners representative on the boards of Builder's TradeSource, Quartermaster, Marmalade Café, Moosejaw Mountaineering and USA Discounters.
