F. Barron Fletcher III

Mr. Fletcher has over 16 years of experience in private equity investing and investment banking. He manages the day-to-day operations and investment activities of the firm. He currently serves as a member of the boards of Mealey's Furniture, Moosejaw Mountaineering, USA Discounters, Home Organizers, Inc., Teavana, Trilogy, The Fragrance Outlet Inc., Warren National University, and Quartermaster. Prior to founding Parallel, Mr. Fletcher was a partner with Saunders Karp & Megrue.
Prior to joining SKM in 1992, Mr. Fletcher was with Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he served in both the Merchant Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions departments. Before Wasserstein Perella, Mr. Fletcher was an analyst with Trammell Crow Ventures, specializing in real estate acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Fletcher is a graduate of Yale University, where he received a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.
Jared L. Johnson

Mr. Johnson has 15 years of experience as a private equity investor and investment banker focused on middle-market growth companies. His primary responsibilities at Parallel Investment Partners include sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing private equity investments. Mr. Johnson is also responsible for Parallel's proprietary origination efforts, and leads the firm's investment efforts in multi-channel marketing and restaurants among other categories. Mr. Johnson joined Parallel as a Principal in 2003.
Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Johnson was a Vice President with Summit Partners, an $11 billion private equity fund with offices in Boston and Palo Alto. His investment origination, execution and management efforts supported a highly successful investment strategy focused exclusively on middle market growth companies. Mr. Johnson's track record at Summit includes three successful new investments and four successful portfolio exits.
Prior to joining Summit in 1998, Mr. Johnson was with Robertson Stephens where he executed over $300 million of public and private equity financings on behalf of leading growth companies. Prior to his tenure with Robertson Stephens, Mr. Johnson was with Kirkland Messina, a boutique investment bank focused on providing high-yield financing to middle market companies.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received an A.B. in American Studies. Mr. Johnson is a Parallel Investment Partners representative on the boards of Diesel Service and Supply, Marmalade Café, Moosejaw Mountaineering, Quartermaster, The Fragrance Outlet, and USA Discounters.
