Mr. Karp has over 7 years of experience as a private equity investor and 9 years of total corporate finance experience. His primary responsibilities at Parallel Investment Partners include sourcing, evaluating, structuring and co-managing private equity investments. Prior to joining Parallel Investment Partners, he worked as an Associate at Whitney & Co. Before joining Whitney & Co., Mr. Karp worked as a Financial Analyst in Salomon Smith Barney's investment banking division.

Mr. Karp graduated from the Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a B.B.A. in Finance. Mr. Karp is a Parallel Investment Partners representative on the boards of Home Organizers, Builders TradeSource, Moosejaw Mountaineering and Newhall Laboratories.
